Project RedTail Help
The RedTail Wiki is home of our Help pages. The purpose of the wiki Help is to provide you with more formal, guided help, that we maintain and support as opposed to the more dynamic, changing help that you can get on the RedTail Forum. We wanted to provide you with as many different sources of information as possible so you're not constantly waiting for answers to questions you can just look up!
If you are unfamiliar with our service, jump start your experience with our QuickStart, or watch our video tutorials! Don't know what something means? Check our Glossary or search for it.
Want to know what's new on the Wiki and (to a lesser extent) on the service? New features, new pages, new releases, and some announcements are described in detail on our What's New? page. Check back often! For general Project RedTail News, head over to our Blog
We try to be as thorough as possible. Can't find something? Use the help, search the help, or ask where something is on our Forum. If you are looking for specific information on a topic or problem, check the Table of Contents to the top left, search for it by keyword in the search box on the far left, or look at our FAQ and Known Issues.
The Wiki Admins and editors are adding pages and information every day to keep up with the cool new things that are happening, and to improve the help by adding more information. We often migrate information from the forum to the wiki to address frequently asked questions.
The Wiki is read-only for now, and we'll be putting more on here later, but we'd love to know what you think! Please send us your suggestions.
You will find a link to the Help on the left panel of every page on our site, or on the Navigation bar (far left of the page) in the wiki.
